Here is another birch unfinished walking stick with the main root ball. It was harvested in early September '20 and the bark was stripped with a drawknife. It is 59" in length and ranges from a smaller 3/4" to 1-1/4" in diameter. It is a good candidate for a whimsical walking stick or possibly even a cane. Being birch it is strong enough for most individuals.(suws73)

A great find. The wood is sturdy and well-packaged to make sure the smaller branches didn't break in transport. I really appreciate this store for selling the unfinished staves, as I now get to customize it.
