Burl Egg

This is a Yellow Birch burl egg. It is about the size of an extra large Grade A egg. It has a few small bark inclusions and slight figured grain but not the caliber of the others. It has been finished with an application of butcher block conditioner made by Howard. It is food safe and readily available.
