Here is a nicely shaped Maple staff that stands 71" tall. It is 1-1/8" in diameter at the tip and about 1-3/4" just below the roots. It has nice whimsical curves and roots. There is a little groove where a small root from a neighboring tree passed under it. It had to be stripped with a drawknife so there are subtle facets and hairy remains of the cambium layer. It weighs about 3 pounds and it will ship in an 8" girth box 6' long. This is a raw material, short of peeling the bark nothing has been done to it. It is ready to be customized. (ufws341)
