Here is another root staff with a knock-down joint so it'll ship for a lot less in a 40" long box rather than a 72" long box. This one is a birch sapling that's a little on the thick side. It stands a half inch shy of six feet when assembled with the provided hardware. It has a nice curved tap root and the shaft varies in diameter from 1-1/2" up to about 2". Like most of my other raw material staffs it was harvested and the dry bark was stripped with a drawknife which leaves and array of flat facets and tooling marks. It weighs 4#1 oz. currently. This is a raw material for you to work with.(ufws336)
