Here is a nice clean, straight Tamarack root staff. It stands 71" tall and the shaft is a nice taper from 1" up to 1-3/4" in diameter. The bark was removed cleanly and it didn't leave any tooling marks. It is a nice simple form with one root standing proud, hence it might be suitable to lash an artifact on. It is a raw material that weighs 2#9ozs. (ufws281)
