Here is a creepy, slightly compromised Balsam fir staff. It was a dying, stunted tree and what you see are branches, not roots. Like most dying trees some decay had set in, which is apparent with the array of bark borer lines and the hollow rotten base. Dried as is it still has plenty of strength as a larp staff, but please note you cant beat anything with it without making pieces. It is creepy for sure. It stands 66" tall as is and weighs 2# 8ozs. It might lose a little more weight but it is hard to predict in its half decrepit state. It does require a 9" by 9" (by 67") box so the shipping will be higher than my normal 8" size. (ufws210)
