     Besides new construction and renovations we also provide many other services to help fulfill your needs.  Since most of our business is from outside the area, many clients retain our services for camp opening/closing as well as for maintenance.  Since we built the "camp", we know how to properly winterize and open it for a visit.  Because we are local we can also keep an eye on many projects for weather related damage.  It provides a piece of mind for an absentee owner, and we're happy to do it.  Over the years we have also fabricated and installed many boat docks.  Setting docks and removing them are often added to our seasonal "chores".  If you're thinking of a stationary dock, we can prefabricate hardware to make it easy.

     Upon finishing many projects, clients often ask us to build various furniture for their new space.  It ranges from tables, to chairs, to bookcases to beds.  We appreciate these duties, especially during the off season.

     We have also taken on many landscaping duties after the project is complete.  With our own skid steer and list of attachments, we can handle many landscaping needs.

     Additionally, since we have been involved with many projects over the past seventeen years, we have learned the common design and construction pitfalls associated with building a project.  If you are looking for a few unbiased opinions before anything is started we'll be glad to help.  We have entirely designed and built structures from start to finish.
